NAKUUL’S PERSONAL TOUCH TO HIS ON SCREEN WEDDING!

Nakuul Mehta (Aditya), also known as the chocolate boy of television will be seen tying the knot with his onscreen wife Pankhuri in a lavish Sooraj Barjatya style wedding in the upcoming episodes of ‘Pyaar Ka dard hain’. Nakuul is extremely excited about his onscreen wedding and will wear the same Safaa that he had worn for his actual wedding with his wife – Jankee.

Recently, the actor had to back out of Nach Baliye 6 due to his wife’s knee injury but he is happy that the production house could incorporate his style inputs in the wedding sequence. The costume designer was able to make a sherwani similar to the one Nakuul had worn at his own wedding.

“The Kalangi on the safaa and the sword I carry during the onscreen wedding are family heirlooms. They are about 140 years old and have been passed on in my family by my great grandfather” admitted Nakuul. “It has been an amazing wedding shoot and we are really looking forward to the reactions from all our viewers.”
