STAR PLUS’ recently launched Ek Hasina Thi has already caught the attention of the people. With its unconventional small screen opening, the show has raised the bar with its story telling and production quality. The lead pair of the show – Sanjeeda Sheikh (Durga) and Vatsal Sheth (Shaurya Goenka) flooded with appreciation at its special screening & post the first episode. Vatsal’s character of Shaurya seems to have dark shades that often represent a Casanova and a rich spoilt brat. “Shaurya Goenka is a strong headed rich businessman’s son. He sees no wrong in his doings,” says the light eyed actor who plays Shaurya.

Much to our surprise Vatsal shared that his mother wasn’t informed of her son’s new on screen character, “I have been rather anxious about my mom’s reaction when she comes to know the reel characteristics I portray in Ek Hasina Thi. My family is a little reserved and therefore I haven’t been able to inform her about my role yet. How could I tell my mother that her son is playing a rapist,” adds Vatsal. Vatsal seems to be a mumma’s boy and since the role is contrary to his actual self we are sure the audiences will love Vatsal’s efforts in portraying his contrast.
